This role is primarily that of an analyst, though you will be expected to take the lead on product and technical strategies as your experience develops.

You will help to scale our technical SEO efforts, auditing and fixing critical issues, reporting on and improving technical performance, supporting SEO testing and automation, and documenting our research and knowledge base.

**What’s the role?**
- Administer SEO support platforms. Search Console, SEMRush, Google News Publisher, NewsDashboard for all product & tech requirements, data extraction, users & roles, and taxonomy and project configurations
- Administer Data extraction and perform analysis from the above platforms using Google Sheets/Data Studio. Work with the Audience Data & Insights team on automation of reporting from SEO Platforms
- Manage inbound requests for SEO product & tech requirements. Develop new requirements based on analysing SEO data
- Create and monitor tickets across multiple product and delivery team’s roadmaps
- Creation and Maintenance of a library of code patterns in G sheets & Wiki for the front ends of the tech stack for each product team
- Establish crawls, across consistent configurations, of key sites. Do basic crawl analysis for rectifications and opportunities
- Manage a team initiative product backlog. Support a fortnightly sprint cycle with grooming, estimation, sprint planning and retro.

**Who are you?**
- 2-3+ Years of SEO Experience (Focus on Technical)
- Experience with SEO Tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Technical understanding of HTML, Schema, Sitemaps, Redirects and other foundational SEO practices
- Basic knowledge of how to conduct SEO Audits & Reports (Technical / Other)
- A desire to improve and the ability to work independently

Desirable
- Experience with Adobe Analytics Platforms
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS Platforms
- Any coding ability including markup and scripting e.g. HTML, JS, Python, R, VB, & SQL
