**About the position**

The Sales Analyst at Lawpath will analyse sales and client acquisition data to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and drive strategic decision-making. The role bridges the gap between data insights and actionable business strategies, focusing on optimising how potential clients discover and engage with Lawpath’s services online.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor client entry points to the Lawpath website, with a focus on Google search and other digital marketing channels.
- Analyse SEO, paid ads, and organic traffic data to identify trends in lead generation.
- Assess sales trends by integrating internal data (e.g., conversion rates, customer retention) with external industry insights to recommend improvements.
- Analyse and improve each stage of the sales funnel, recommending strategies to reduce drop-offs and enhance client engagement.
- Use industry benchmarks and competitive analysis to identify market shifts and align offerings with client needs.
- Generate reports and create dashboards to present sales performance and trends to management and teams.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align acquisition and retention strategies with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales analysis or a similar role at least 1 year
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
