A global manufacturing company located in Macquarie Park is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

**Your new role**

In this role you will:

- Manage a set region and build relationships with your customers
- Receive, process and generate invoices for orders
- Allocate stock and check stock levels for repeat orders
- Advise on delivery days and changes to product pricing
- Collect and report on performance data

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A team work ethic, being willing to help others
- Ideally experience of SAP and Salesforce
- Drive to provide the best service to customers
- Ability to trouble-shoot and provide solutions
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
