We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Advisor to join the Department of Customer Service in our DCS Strategy team. Join an inspiring and successful team that drives change and innovation through deep analysis, effective consultation and robust insights
- Ongoing, Full-Time, based in Sydney CBD with flexible/hyrbid work options
- Salary Band Grade 7/8: $110,266 - $122,058+ superannuation

**About the role and team**

We are seeking a Strategy Advisor to bring their passion for consultation, codesign and collaborative problem-solving to work across the strategy value chain and enable the delivery of key initiatives across the Department of Customer Service.

You will do this by contributing to the research, analysis, and design of the DCS Strategy, budget submissions and business operating models. This includes using data, research and insights to identify issues and generate recommendations, consulting with key stakeholders, and providing an independent perspective on important matters.

You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team who values diversity of thought and promotes collaboration.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- A customer-focused mindset with experience in supporting strategic projects such as strategy design and performance monitoring, operating model review and design, and financial analysis.
- Strengths in developing and delivering solutions and initiatives in consultation with key stakeholders across a broad portfolio.
- A passion for supporting, promoting and championing change creatively and with impact.
- The ability to collaborate and rapidly build high-trust relationships.
- An ability to pivot naturally in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise confidently and effectively with business and cross-Government stakeholders.
- An ability to interpret, translate and communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way.

**What we need from you**

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $110266 base plus superannuation
