The PA to the PICU Medical Director plays the key administrative role in the unit’s ‘back-of-house’ operations. Managing electronic communications, administering timecards, helping solve roster challenges and staffing emergencies, managing schedules, calendars and meetings all combine to make the PICU Director PA’s role the centre-point of the unit’s administration. On this background, the role offers opportunities to create, grow and develop, supporting the unit’s projects, plans and aspirations in the areas of data, research, communications and professional education. The PA to the PICU Medical Directors works with people who strive for excellence in a friendly and supportive environment.
