In The Deep teaches kids to become confident, relaxed swimmers so that they too can participate in and grow up to love, respect and feel at ease in the water.

**About the Role**:
**We estimate this role to be 12 hours a week**:

- Saturday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Sunday: 7:00 am - 11:00 am

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting telephone calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and concerns.
- Utilizing software and computer skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrating problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and inquiries promptly.
- Exercising strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing customer records, schedules, and inquiries.
- Acting as a strong communicator to convey information clearly and effectively to customers and team members.
- Taking the initiative to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility within the specified hours.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) qualification.
- Proficiency in software and computer skills relevant to administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively collaborate both independently and within a team.
