dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Lead to support our National Cargo Operations team located at Sydney Airport.

**Cargo Operations Administrator Lead**, will lead the Administrative function for the Cargo Operations team. This role is split into two main functions, one primary function is responsibility for the national administrative support to the Cargo team nationally, by ensuring there is general administrative support of the Cargo division. The second main function, is the raising of invoices to our Cargo agents to ensure that billing is captured effectively.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**
- Work closely with accounts receivable team, to ensure a start to finish billing process occurs.
- Work closely with the Procurement Manager, to ensure that supply management is consistently reviewed across the Cargo Facilities nationally.
- Lead office administrative support such as uniforms, ordering stationery, handling and reconciling petty cash (ensuring receipts are available for all purchases), etc.
- Lead general finance support such as billing, invoice processing adhering to company GL codes and authority matrix, purchase orders etc.
- Answering phones and assisting with queries.
- Supporting with onboarding and offboard of employees.
- Raise purchase orders, for relevant invoices.
- Raise and issue invoices / credit notes and resolve billing issues in a timely manner;
- Investigate and resolve disputes in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Support with Adhoc requests to upload rosters into Zambion
- Update agencies with agency employees worked hours each week.
- Other general administrative support.

- Ability to implement and create new processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking skills. High standards of performance and quality
- Strong computer acumen with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Sound organisational skills and experience in undertaking and completing several tasks concurrently, and meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed communications skills and the ability to stay patient, negotiate and proactively solve problems.
