**The Role
- Facilitator (Commencing Term 1, 2025)**:
Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has now arisen to join our dynamic and passionate team of facilitators, as we aim to serve the needs of schools throughout Australia. As an UPP Facilitator, you will be jointly responsible for the delivery of exceptional UPP workshops, particularly in NSW. You will learn how to deliver workshops of the highest quality. These workshops are typically with large groups of students (50-250) and range from short workshops (45 minutes) to full day workshops. You must be a confident communicator, who builds rapport with students and provides an exceptional level of service to our partner schools. In order to apply, you must have availability for a minimum of three days per week.

**Skills, Attitudes and Experience you will have**:

- An ability and willingness to connect with students and bring positive energy into every day.
- Experience and passion for working with large groups of students.
- Experience as a student leader or a leader within a community.
- Be articulate, engaging and highly professional in delivering presentations. (You must be an outstanding communicator, who is willing to learn and grow further).
- An interest in Youth Ministry, Leadership, Outdoor Education, Personal Training, Sports Coaching.
- A demonstrated commitment to our values of excellence, character and contribution.
- A willingness to travel to schools around the country (usually in Sydney area) in order to deliver our workshops.
- Working With Children Check (or be willing to get one).
- Your own reliable transport for travelling to schools.

**About the Company**

Pay: From $250.00 per day
