As an Associate Leadership Facilitator, you'll deliver engaging, practical leadership programs and workshops tailored to client needs. You'll support coaching sessions, guide learning experiences, and help leaders grow with confidence and clarity. This role is ideal for experienced facilitators who want meaningful work, flexibility, and the chance to be part of something bigger.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate leadership workshops (in-person & online)
  • Deliver individual and group coaching
  • Create safe, engaging learning environments
  • Tailor programs to client strategy, culture, and values
  • Collaborate with the LeadershipHQ team across Australia

What You Bring

  • Leadership facilitation & training experience
  • Coaching capability (group + individual)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Experience designing or tailoring development programs
  • Knowledge of modern leadership practice and organisational dynamics
  • Adaptability, professionalism, and a human-centred approach
