Tomorrow Woman Facilitator
We're looking for a future Tomorrow Woman Facilitator for a part-time role (3 or 4 days per week).
Channel Your Skills Into Impact
Are you a natural facilitator, coach, educator, or community leader ready to channel your skills into something bigger? This is your chance to step into a role where your ability to connect with people becomes a tool for prevention-focused empowerment, not just reaction to crisis.
- Channel your team development skills (sports coaches)
- Apply relationship-building expertise without system constraints (educators)
- Scale your community impact (community workers)
- Use your business skills to create social change (entrepreneurs)
We're looking for charismatic, relatable facilitators who can walk into a room and instantly connect with young people, predominantly high school students. You'll hold safe and engaging spaces where participants feel comfortable opening up, building the emotional muscle and resilience that prevent future challenges.
About Tomorrow Man & Tomorrow Woman
For nine years, Tomorrow Man & Tomorrow Woman has worked in schools, sports clubs and communities across Australia.
Girls & women: igniting voices, challenging narrow expectations, and supporting fuller, bolder lives.
Boys & men: building emotional muscle, talking with gravity, and breaking outdated stereotypes through vulnerability.
We're a learning and development social enterprise delivering 2,000+ workshops annually and impacting more than 300,000 people since inception. Our culture is deliberately developmental: we challenge norms, leverage strengths, and create space for growth—both for our participants and our team.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate and deliver our full suite of workshops across Australia, both in-person and online.
- Engage diverse audiences, from Year 7–12 students to parents, teachers, and community groups.
- Grow partnerships with schools, communities, and organisations through business development and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to content development by sharing insights from workshops and emerging trends.
- Support new facilitators through onboarding and training.
- Participate in program evaluation and contribute to social media storytelling.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in Hubspot (CRM).
- Manage travel, scheduling, and logistics.
- Take part in group supervision and actively contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Travel
This role involves regular travel across metro and regional areas, and occasionally interstate. You'll expand your impact by bringing programs to diverse communities, often staying away from home for consecutive nights. For this reason, you need to be located in metro-Sydney and must own a vehicle.
What We Provide
Elite Induction & Development: A three-month intensive training program to master our facilitation style, followed by advanced facilitation training, peer mentoring opportunities, and ongoing content development involvement.
High-Performance Team Culture: Work alongside a collaborative, supportive team that values shared growth and impact.
Wellbeing Support: Group supervision and access to wellbeing and coaching services. Applicants must have established wellbeing practices to thrive in this demanding, rewarding environment.
Benefits
Salary: $85,000 + superannuation (Full Time Equivalent)
Bonus Leave: 1 extra week of annual leave
Uprise: Access to wellbeing, coaching and therapy sessions and content
Collective Weeks: Twice per year, the national team gathers in Melbourne for connection, growth and celebration
What We're Looking For
- Experience facilitating groups of all sizes, preferably with youth
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly in schools and community organisations
- Business development and stakeholder engagement experience
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar)
- Proficiency in CRM databases, with Hubspot a bonus
Ready to Apply?
We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive workplace. We value different lived experiences and perspectives and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
