**What’s the role?**
- Respond and convert qualified leads in a self-driven, high-performance culture
- Make qualified appointments for the senior sales team
- Support senior sales team in managing pipeline, ‘own’ and nurture your target accounts
- Provide sales support and early life assistance to customers
- Be the face of the Platform business, you are a first point of contact to engage our potential customers
- Where required, support BDMs and customer support teams on customer retention efforts
- Become an expert on our brand, business, digital marketing products and SaaS model
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- Support wider team with new product launches and new technology launches, whether it be with identifying suitable prospects for market research or participation in workshops
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry news, digital marketing trends and new products launching within the Platform

**Who you are**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
- Exposure to digital marketing performance products including Google platform, Facebook and programmatic media buying is highly advantageous
- Cold calling experience an advantage
- Highly proficient in the use of CRM systems, strong technical acumen and experience working on a SaaS business is advantageous
- Keen to learn and take on coaching and feedback
- A team player but also highly motivated to work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong persuading, influencing and negotiating skills, the ability to turn a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’
- A positive, determined and resilient attitude
- Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority and business sectors
- Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
- Ability to thrive in a quota driven environment
