As the Sales Operations Lead, you will report to the Head of Enablement & Operations and work to support the execution of cross-functional business priorities and improve the operational efficiency of me&u’s sales teams globally, helping the business translate complex ideas into actionable operations to deliver scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create actionable work programs with a view to improve operational efficiency and sales funnel processes across the sales, onboarding and account management teams globally.
- Manage the relationship with me&u’s Salesforce consultants and account managers to funnel requests and training requirements from stakeholders across me&u, managing all system updates, and attend monthly check-ins with salesforce stakeholders.
- Update all internal training collateral, and identify opportunities to decrease costs and improve efficiency by managing the implementation of new systems/processes within the business.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure delivery of key strategic projects for me&u’s growth by running sales process project meetings, managing the sales operations coordinator/s, and controlling budgeting in relation to systems.
- Own Sales Operations reporting by designing, implementing and reviewing the reporting tools that enable sales processes and proactively communicating reports, creating dashboards and identifying issues/areas for improvement to the Head of Enablement, Operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years Sales Analytics experience, from the payments, technology, finance (where you were across the sales/account management piece).
- Salesforce CRM experience. You don’t need to be a system admin, but you will need to have worked in the back end and understand how to map processes.
- Building GANTT charts from scratch.
- Excellent sales, reporting and analysis skills - where you take complex data and turn it into actionable insights that you communicate effectively to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build relationships with different personalities and stakeholders cross functionally.
