THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're looking for an outgoing, vibrant, and confident Sales Coordinator to join our energetic sales team.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind smooth sales operations across major accounts and independents – while also taking ownership of a portfolio of our accounts across the country, managing them independently with confidence and care.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and has an analytical eye for sales trends.

WHAT YOU WILL BE UP TO:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for major and independent accounts.
  • Independently manage selected accounts, building strong relationships and driving results from sell-in to sell-through.
  • Consolidate majors weekly sell-through, track performance, and provide actionable insights to the internal team.
  • Oversee order management: release, update, and track sales orders in SAP; manage delivery schedules; communicate changes with buyers and the warehouse.
  • Process credit notes, cancellations, and order movements, ensuring accurate communication with accounts.
  • Manage Brandscope: upload and update collections, imagery, and linesheets so accounts have accurate, timely product info.
  • Maintain up-to-date store lists (GeoMap), including openings and closures for majors and independents.
  • Provide range support: coordinate sample sets and imagery for sales presentations and retailer use.
  • Collaborate with sales reps, marketing, VM, and operations to align on sell-in, deliveries, and sell-through.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2+ years experience in sales coordination, account support, or similar roles in retail, wholesale, or fashion.
  • Experience with order management systems (SAP highly regarded).
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to consolidate and present sales data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with retailers, buyers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently but also a strong collaborator with a "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
