**Who We’re Looking For**
Are you an energetic, reliable, responsible and organised individual who is tech and social media savvy? We’re looking for someone to work in our HQ at Campbelltown (retail/showroom/warehouse) who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help, respond to customer enquiries, assist in store customers whilst "keeping an ear to the ground" on the latest social and industry trends.

Our e-commerce business is growing globally so we're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our team full time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service & Communications instore and online
- Assisting the general office administration as needed.
- Resolve all internal retail staff queries, as well as online customer enquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist with overall social media engagement
- Responding to customer reviews
- Assist in marketing and promotional ideas and execution

**E-Commerce & Social Media**:

- Setting up new products in Shopify, including uploading images and utilising various
- Shopify apps for pre-orders and up-selling bundles.
- Updating website products, listings.
- Uploading website banners, images provided.
- Post content on social media with captivating captions, images and videos provided.
- Support us through busy sales periods, including helping with photoshoots and various tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce, retail or office administration.
- Knowledge of Canva, TikTok, Video Editing, CapCut is highly regarded
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce management systems (Shopify) and digital marketing strategies is helpful.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and editing tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extremely detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible to changes.

**Position Details**:

- Full Time, some rotating Saturdays required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
