About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who brings energy and can-do attitude that matches our growing business, aligns with Team Tyree and the family values that underpin everything we do. With a natural flair for building relationships, you will be a team player, able making things happen, supporting the executive team to manage within the business and supporting a board of non-executive directors, and knowing when to triage and escalate matters.

Lead Executive Support
  • Own and manage the complex calendars of the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and General Manager.
  • Coordinate with our board of non-executive directors.
  • Forward plan to remove roadblocks, to optimise efficient use of time for the senior executives and to ensure the underlying 'heart beat' calendar of board governance activity is maintained.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly board reports, stakeholder reports, and briefing materials that are accurate, on-brand and of high quality.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop high quality communications for internal use and to external stakeholders.
Project Coordination
  • Work with the broader Tyree Executive Team on strategic projects assigned by the MD. Maintain deliverables to meet deadlines, with clear actions and ensure stakeholders informed.
Meeting & Travel Planning
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, business reviews, major project reviews, setting agendas, preparing pre-reading materials, taking minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics with precision for the senior executive team and for the non-executive director's attendance of board meetings.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the central liaison between the Managing Director to the business's senior managers and to key external stakeholders. You'll be the face and filter of the executive office to maintain order, efficiency and engagement.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have qualifications in Business Administration and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated background and experience in a senior support role, ideally C-Suite level.
  • High emotional intelligence, critical thinking, a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling executive level communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset – you don't wait to be asked, you anticipate needs and act.
  • Bridge the gap - High levels PC skills and competency, including the standard software Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook and ideally board management software Convene or Diligent.
  • Adaptability and able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and sound judgement.
