Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding mobile devices and accessories that best suit their needs.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Assist with in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory effectively, including restocking shelves and organizing products to maintain a neat and attractive display.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and friendly manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone trends, technologies, and industry updates to provide knowledgeable service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, specifically within the mobile phone industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of mobile technology, smartphones, and accessories.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
