Campbelltown Catholic Club is the premier entertainment, hospitality and leisure destination in South Western Sydney - home to restaurants, live shows, a hotel, gym, wellness studio, golf club and more. We're looking for a proactive and personable Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across social media, digital campaigns and member communications.

About the role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a hands-on role in developing and delivering engaging marketing for Campbelltown Catholic Club and occasionally other group venues.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Writing and scheduling content across our social media platforms

  • Briefing designers and coordinating the rollout of campaigns

  • Liaising with internal teams to promote key events and initiatives

  • Supporting the marketing of our dining brands, from seasonal menus to events across our restaurants and bars

  • Updating our websites and supporting digital campaigns

  • Assisting with promotions, photo shoots, and member communications

  • Keeping things organised and running smoothly using tools like Asana

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 2 years experience in a similar marketing or comms role

  • Knows their way around Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, WordPress, and Adobe Suite

  • Is a strong writer with an eye for detail and a natural affinity for social media

  • Can juggle multiple projects and deadlines with confidence

  • Brings a creative mindset and enjoys working as part of a team

  • Is friendly, helpful and happy to get in and get the job done

  • Has a passion for hospitality, events and creating memorable experiences for customers
