Dash Group are currently looking for a Junior Property Manager to work with a well-respected client who manage commercial and residential properties.

**Your new role**
In this role, you will be focusing on residential properties:

- Confidently converse with internal and external Landlords.
- Liaise with tenants regarding billing, lease documentation, maintenance and other enquiries.
- Conduct rental inspections and periodic maintenance inspections.
- Manage online listings and work with in-house marketing team to ensure quality photography, copywriting and presence.
- Work closely with in-house finance team to assist with invoicing and other billing enquiries.
- Report on and manage vacancy and arrears.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Must have an Agents Representative Certificate
- Drivers License
