**Individual Giving Acquisition Manager**

The Individual Giving Acquisition Manager is a new and critical role for the organisation which will work to grow the program. This is a very exciting time to join this well-known health charity as they look re-establish their acquisition program to meet their ambitious targets that they have put in place for the next 5 years.

Reporting into the Head of Individual Giving this role will strategically shape and lead the Individual Giving Acquisition program focusing on regular giving and cash donors.

**About the Role**

The Individual Giving Acquisition Manager will drive the acquisition of donors with a goal to significantly grow the Individual Giving portfolio.

. You will have the opportunity to increase growth across the programme and will focus on developing innovative multi - channel campaigns with a primary focus on creating new digital activity.

This exciting role presents a fantastic opportunity for an acquisition specialist who is looking for real autonomy to grow a programme in an organisation that are heavily invested in the development of their Individual Giving programme. You will also work in close partnership with the Individual Giving Retention Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Redesign, refresh and manage strategies to drive Acquisition activity across single and regular giving
- Plan and deliver regular giving activities such as upgrades and reactivations
- Lead the redevelopment of the regular giving product and proposition - including the development of collateral and campaign assets
- Create engaging and impactful acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including mails, socials with a focus on digital
- Set and meet strategic goals, objectives and budgets associated with fundraising strategies
- Develop and deliver the supporter journey for both existing and new supporters
- End to end management of acquisition campaigns
- Budget development and input into the strategic plan
- Responsible for tracking and evaluating acquisition activities against budget and KPIs
- Lead and deliver the Annual Tax Receipt and retention project
- Work alongside the Individual Giving Retention manager to develop second gift conversion and cross-sell strategy for the Individual Giving program
- Manage and build relationships with key agencies and stakeholders to position the acquisition program to maximise growth

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in developing and implementing a multi-channel acquisition program - with a strong digital focus
- Understanding and knowledge of multi-channel acquisition techniques
- A background in delivering inspiring campaigns across channels
- Demonstrated experience managing relationship with external agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage campaigns end to end
- Data led with experience in systems and strategies, including CRMs, analytics and reporting
- Experience in budget development and management
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver on shared KPIs
- A genuine interest in working for a health charity
