Supported by a team of 8-10, you will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team strategically and operationally to identify, attract and hire great people with skills for the future. Executing new ideas and championing proactive talent strategies will sit centrally, as well as building individual team member capabilities, positioning the TA function as an integral part of each region's development plans. Key aspects of the role include;
- Designing a framework, delivering operational efficiency and consistency
- Monitoring workforce trends that can be leveraged for future talent pools
- Supporting the introduction of a new ATS tool
- Building a TA function that has true partner relationships with the organisation

As a TA Leader or Senior TA Specialist in a high-volume recruitment environment, you will appreciate how critical sound processes and procedures are in ensuring quality and responsive outcomes. Bring with you your knowledge and experience in;
- TA Strategy & EVP development
- Compliance & Onboarding
- Interpreting & developing Metrics
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Developing Tools, Guides & Insights for Hiring Managers
- Highly Tech Savvy
- And most important of all Championing Creative Solutions

Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business or other relevant discipline or studying towards such qualification is valued.
