**The Role**
As a Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering the Cert III in Individual Support.

The organsiation has the flexibility to offer full-time or a part-time opportunity (minimum 3 days per week).

**The role will include, but not be limited to**:

- Planning, developing and delivering the course of study to students.
- Maintaining records of student’s progress and attendance.
- Analysing current training methods and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage and assist with student placements and industry visits
- Provide a professional standard of care to our students
- Support students to become confident, knowledgeable and skilled in Aged Care/ Disability Support.
- Must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Relevant Individual support qualifications
- Experience in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
- Industry currency and experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
