Are you an experienced and passionate nursing leader ready to make a significant impact in the field of opioid treatment? Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dedicated Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) to lead the - Opioid Treatment Program. Wallama Clinic.
As the Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of patient services, unit management, and nursing staff within the Walllama Clinic. This role is integral to the strategic direction of CCLHD and involves ensuring a high standard of patient care, fostering a positive healthcare environment, and effectively managing resources.
**About You**
- You have extensive recent post registration clinical experience and knowledge of current nursing practice in drug and alcohol nursing care
- Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated ability to coach, lead, manage and support a clinical team.
- You have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
**Where you'll be Working**
You will be based at Wyong Hospital within the Drug & Alcohol Service Opioid Treatment Program, working closely with the Manager of Drug & Alcohol Service/HIV and Related Programs (DAS/HARP) and the Head of the Drug & Alcohol Department.
