Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) Level 1 to lead the team in the Opioid Treatment Program at the Wallama Clinic, Wyong Hospital. This Full-Time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients of the Opioid Treatment Program and other clients with drug and/or alcohol issues. As the NUM, you will lead the team to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients.

**About You**

You have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Experienced Leader: You bring a strong background in clinical leadership and are adept at managing teams to deliver excellent care to clients. Experience in the drug & alcohol speciality is desirable.
Innovative and Collaborative: You foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice and promoting teamwork and a shared vision among staff.

You will be based at the Wallama Clinic, situated within Wyong Hospital, one of the two clinics operating under the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD).
