**What is the opportunity?**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Team Leader** to join the team at **Gillman**

The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Assist in coordinating the survey of all inbound vehicles
- Conduct checks to ensure all vehicles are received and survey for paint damage/missing parts
- Plan and organise retail details and accessory fitting
- Direct detailer and accessory fitters as required
- Ensure all customer service levels are met
- Liaise with management to monitor and review team performance, developing strategies and plans to address any performance issues

**About You**

**To be successful you will possess the following**:

- Sound knowledge and experience in logistics and/or the automotive industry
- Experience multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
- A valid drivers licence
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High attention to detail
