As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and providing expert advice on our range of industrial solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Process** customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- ** Develop and maintain** strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- ** Support** the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
- ** Assist** with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

**About You**:

- ** A strong customer service focus** with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ** Previous experience** in a sales or customer service role (experience in industrial products is highly regarded but not essential).
- ** A proactive** and solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- ** Strong computer skills**, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- ** A willingness**to learn and develop product knowledge in bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.
- ** A team-oriented** mindset and a commitment to achieving branch goals.
