**About this role**:
This multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering practice is looking for a new business support specialist to support in a hybrid EA and office manager role. In this role you will be involved with the coordinator and operational aspects of the studio, including internal and external events, facilities management, and client liaison. Additionally, you will also be providing EA support to a director, which will involve diary management, interstate travel arrangements and expenses lodgement.This global practice operates from one of the best buildings in Sydney, with state-of-the-art facilities. Not only will you be working in a beautiful environment, but you will also be part of a cohesive and supportive team.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
Supporting with various office operations such as: internal and external events, facilities management, and client liaison. One on One EA duties for Director: diary management, travel arrangements and expense lodgements. Helping prepare for meetings with relevant documentation and conducting meeting minutes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years as office manager or/and EA in architecture, engineering, or construction Exceptional organization and time management skills Ability to manage and conduct various tasks under fast pace conditions.
