**About the Role**

**Maintenance and Grounds Person (full-time, ongoing)**

You have a gift of being a hands-on person. Your practical approach to problem solving complements your collaborative working style.

We are looking for a full-time General Maintenance and Grounds Person to join the College Property Department. Working with an experienced team, you will be supporting the Property Manager to ensure that all areas of the College are safely maintained and well presented. You will actively contribute to completing maintenance plan items, some minor works and assist with general property tasks around the College.

You find pride in the quality of your handiwork, being able to present the College as a supportive environment for student learning. Electrical tagging trained or be willing to attend a course is ideal.

**_ This is a full-time, ongoing role commencing as soon as possible._**
