**About You**

You are an inspirational people leader preferably with hospital/health infrastructure experience including significant demonstrated experience and passion in delivering Infrastructure and Estate Services for a complex site. You have a balanced focus on strategy and operations and can provide clarity and direction for the Infrastructure and Estates Service aligned to the broader business context and goals. You effectively lead people to deliver high quality services and adopt a solution focussed approach. You hold the ethos: Your work is never too urgent or important that you cannot take the time to do it safely. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional values in everything you do.

**About the Role**

A key leadership position within the Serco Facilities Management team at Fiona Stanley Hospital, this role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and direction for the delivery of hard facilities management and infrastructure services (including engineering, maintenance, furniture, fixtures and equipment, managed equipment services and grounds and pest) at the Hospital in accordance with contractual requirements, relevant standards and best practice. You will lead a well-established team of professionals in support and delivery of services to the Hospital.

**What we’re looking for**:

- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Experience within a Hospital setting (strongly preferred).
- Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering Discipline (Desirable).
- Proven experience in delivering infrastructure services and facilities management to a large scale, complex campus.
- Demonstrated experience leading a large and diverse team of engineers and technical specialists.
- Demonstrated experience managing large scale commercial and financial obligations
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
