About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to implement and effectively manage the delivery of specialist building expertise and provide high level compliance services within the Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services, Metro North Health.
About you
- Providing technical and expert advice in relation to compliance of buildings and building services in line with statutory regulations and obligations
- Prepare, present and review evidence, reports and submissions to make appropriate recommendations in accordance with legislative requirements and regulations to inform decision making.
- Provides specialist advice for construction projects relating to building and building services compliance for all statutory type maintenance.
- Responsible for the review of policies and procedures pertaining to building and infrastructure compliance.
- Communicate effectively and provide timely expert advice and support to key internal and external stakeholders to achieve improved industry and regulatory outcomes.
