**Who we're looking for**
We pride ourselves on being a close knit, supportive team at Fitzroy, and would love to hear from experienced Property Managers looking to join us.

You will have your own portfolio with days that will be both challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to work as part of a fast paced, high performing team. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 2 on 4 off for Saturday opens. Some working from home flexibility available as well.

**What we give back in return**
2021 has shown us that we can work differently and we offer staff up to 2 days a week working from home. We do not use Virtual Assistants, our support is with real in office Inspections and Leasing consultants. Nelson Alexander do so much within our communities, and all staff can take 2 days per year paid leave to assist with our charity partners such as Fareshare, Ronald McDonald House and many more. We pride ourselves on making our team feel more like a family and the team culture is one of inclusion and support

**What you'll need**
- Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle
- 2-3 years previous experience within a similar role managing a portfolio of 200 properties
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
