Are you an experienced property professional ready to manage a portfolio with real support and zero chaos?

At Nic Power, we've built a smarter, boutique model. Our portfolios are capped at 170 properties, allowing you to deliver premium service—without the burnout.

We're offering a full-time, hybrid role with the flexibility to shape your ideal office/WFH split. You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio, with plenty of autonomy and the backing of a tech-savvy, no-ego team.

Please note: You'll be required to work from the office for the first four weeks to complete training and get set up with our systems and team support.

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (depending on experience) + super + commission for new business

What you'll bring:
  • 3+ years' experience in residential property management
  • A strong client service mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Comfortable with tech and modern PM tools
  • BDM or new business experience is highly regarded
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate and driver's licence
