Now Hiring | We are searching for a eCommerce Manager to join a leading Australian womenswear fashion brand that has over 40 stores nationally and a dedicated online presence. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the ecommerce strategy, with a key focus across driving sales through direct management of the website and CRM Strategy. You will be commercially minded and motivated to drive online revenue growth and support in implementing the website roadmap strategy.

Key areas include |
- Lead website updates and initiatives with a focus to continuously improve the UX to increase conversion and other business KPIs
- Help lead project roadmaps for online enhancements with external agencies
- Responsible for trading the site each week in line with promotion, campaign and always on strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales, website metrics to share with the wider business
- Support the marketing team in executing optimised landing pages for digital, branding and SEO
- Responsible for managing the marketing automation platform, which includes building EDMs, flows, segmentations and ownership of annual targets
- Work alongside other ecommerce team member to ensure product enrichment, inventory and content is uploaded accordingly

To set you up for success you will bring |
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with a pro-active attitude
- Experience using Shopify plus and Klaviyo or similar
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong planning and problem solving skills
- Evidence of having delivered strong web traffic growth for another online retailer, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle sector (fashion/beauty advantageous)
