The Ecommerce Manager leads the performance and growth of our Oceania Ecommerce channels, driving the strategy to achieve set sales targets and key KPIs. This role is responsible to generate & drive online traffic and profitability across our Onitsuka Tiger website and marketplace platforms, whilst also identifying new business opportunities. With a focus to deliver best-in-class digital experience through flawless execution of all brand website updates and managing the brand presence within selected marketplace channels. This is an end-to-end role suited for a highly analytical and results driven profession. In our fast-paced retail environment, responsibilities may evolve to reflect business needs.
Ecommerce Strategy
· Create and develop the Ecommerce Strategy to achieve and marketplace sales targets and KPI's
· Working closely with OHQ marketing team, ensure the proper strategies are put in place to drive traffic and improve shopping rates.
· Manage Ecommerce budgets and make relevant recommendations on allocation for best ROI
· Mange relationships with third party vendors and tools that power our programs, including the exploration and piloting of new tools
Online Merchandising
· Create and maintain the Ecommerce Go-Live document and merchandising schedule ensuring that all new season product is active and old season products are discontinued.
· Utilising global assets, plan website content
· Weekly reporting on site sales, best sellers, product and category performance
Online Content
· Provide the on-time and flawless execution of monthly releases of new products, categories and creative content for the website and marketplaces.
· Own the online asset management process which includes product images, product description and other creative images, uploading banners, editing images, copywriting, building landing pages, optimising product categories and site navigation.
· Own the end-to-end product enrichment process, content population, and categorisation of products online using Hybris.
· Oversees all product and marketing launch updates which include testing and ensuring all supporting content is ready for launch.
Customer Acquisition and Experience
· Plan, execute and optimise online customer acquisition strategy and channels.
· Increase client acquisition, retention, and database.
· Work closely with Senior Marketing Specialist to oversee SEO & SEM Programs
· Develop & Execute CRM Program
Online Marketing
· Ensure website content and imagery reflects Onitsuka Tiger brand guidelines.
· In collaboration with the Onitsuka Tiger Senior Marketing Specialist, plan and manage all online marketing campaigns.
· Measure and report on performance of all Ecommerce marketing activities
· Execute local and globally directed marketing campaigns including site banners, pack shots, EDMS, landing pages.
New Business Opportunities
· Work closely with Onitsuka Tiger Country Manager to develop brand aligned new business opportunities to expand customer base.
· 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a premium/luxury brand.
· Demonstrated understanding of Ecommerce best practices, with a track record of applying these best practices.
· Extensive website/customer journey analytics and data driven marketing experience
· Proven ability to create customer facing campaigns that are on-brand and tailored to an online audience
· Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
· Advanced Google Analytics skills including segmentation and in-depth analysis capabilities are required.
· Proven experience working with Ecommerce Team and trading platforms (Hybris, Salsify, HotJar, SFCC, Magento)
· Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with at least one ecommerce platform from the required technology stack.
· Understands and able to express Onitsuka Tiger Brand Aesthetic and positioning
· Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and prioritise in a fast – paced environment.
· Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities of a global business.
· Proven ability to be a self-starter with ability to initiate action, be solutions focused, recommend actions, and follow an effort through to completion.
· High degree of organisation, accuracy, and flexibility; exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
· Passionate about Ecommerce and emerging premium global brands
· Proficient in MS Office suite, advanced Excel skills
· Proactive problem-solver with a track record of successfully mitigating risks.
· Knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and merchandising practices is
