Are you an experienced, reliable, and caring individual looking to make a difference? We are seeking **Casual NDIS Support Workers** to join our passionate team across **South East Melbourne**

**Areas We’re Hiring In**:
Dandenong, Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Springvale, Clayton, Noble Park, and surrounding suburbs.

**Position**: Casual Support Worker
**Location**: South East Melbourne
**Pay**: SCHADS Award - Based on experience and qualifications
**Employment Type**: Casual (flexible shifts available)

**Duties Include**:

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Supporting community access and transport
- Light domestic duties and meal preparation
- Medication prompting and accurate documentation
- Building positive relationships with participants and families

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in disability or aged care
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability (or similar)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (Employee)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination (at least 2 doses)
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
- Strong communication and a genuine passion for care
