Based in Melbourne, Victoria CareNeeds is a registered NDIS and Aged Care provider servicing Victoria. Our mission is to assist our clients in reaching their full potential and living life to the fullest.

We are looking for experienced, reliable, committed and compassionate Greek speaking Support Workers, who want to make a difference by supporting our Aged Care participants in achieving goals and living as independently as possible.

**We currently have hours available with participants across the Outer Eastern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne**

These roles will involve many of the following:

- Social support
- Transportation to medical, community and other appointments and activities
- Recreational activities
- Personal care
- Light domestic duties
- Meal preparation
- Assisting with Therapy programs

**Benefits**:

- Attractive base hourly rates commencing at $37.64 (before superannuation, penalties and shift loadings will be paid on top of this for weekend work, afternoon and night shift, public holidays and broken shift allowances as per the relevant award)

Skills and Experience

You will also need to have the following:

- Minimum of 2 years hands on experience working in the disability or Aged Care Industries
- Fluent in the Greek language
- Two contactable professional references
- Already have or be prepared to get the NDIS Worker Screen / Police Clearance
- Employee Working with Children Check
- HLTAID003 First Aid Certificate with current CPR
- Drivers Licence and Vechicle - must be registered and insured
- Proof of Covid19 Vaccination status
- Experience in a broad range of disabilities and support would be advantageous
