Melbourne, Australia Allcare Community Support Full time

Allcare Community Support Victoria focuses on participants in the 7 to 25 and 25 plus age ranges, who have been diagnosed with a disability, who are NDIS eligible, and who are in need of support.

Support workers are required for a broad range of activities and may include assistance to complete activities at home, assistance with self-management tasks., and community access. Forming trusting relationships with the client and family members is essential. Other duties may also be required.

Desirable criteria includes;
- A relevant qualification, and necessary clearances required for this role include but are not limited to; an NDIS Worker screening clearance, Working with Children clearance and National Police Certificate
- Evidence of 1 - 3 years previous experience working within social work, youth/community work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Able to work without constant supervision
- Sound assessment and reporting skills
- A reliable, clean vehicle and full Victorian drivers’ licence

Time Commitment - availability during the week and on a weekend day.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.00 - $58.00 per hour
