First Aid Assistants please apply Are you First Aid qualified and experienced and do you also love customer service? We are seeking a First Aider who can provide Reception assistance in school setting in Mullumbimby.

Our client is looking for a First Aid qualified superstar and customer service professional to join their team. You will be the welcoming face at reception for students, parents, staff and visitors as well as providing first aid support.

**The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to**:

- Greeting visitors and responding to all front desk general enquiries
- Managing all visitors and parents who come on site
- Signing for deliveries
- Data base management and filing
- Receipting fees and other payments
- Distributing mail and preparing outgoing mail
- Ordering stationery, kitchen and other office supplies
- Providing general administrative office support
- Maintaining the First Aid Register

**First Aid**
- Provide support to the First-Aid Coordinator, administering First Aid to students and staff as required
- Maintain First Aid Register for students visiting the Wellbeing Room.
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 / HLTAID003)
- Demonstrated experience administering first aid within a fast-paced environment

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to remain calm and tactful under pressure
- Prior work in a school would be favourable
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Capacity to work effectively and collaboratively as part of the office group
- Work well unsupervised & be able to multitask in a busy environment
- Demonstrated understanding of School Management software
- Willing to obtain a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
