The role of a Client Service Executive suits someone who is a self-starter, has some insurance experience and is highly client service focused.

**Client Service Executive**

We are looking for people with general insurance experience who have a passion for client service, and an interest in developing their insurance career, through ongoing learning and progression opportunities.

**What the day will look like**
- Respond to daily task requests from managers and colleagues
- Interact with various teams across the broader organisation regarding client insurance/risk needs
- Actively participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
- Develop relationships with Underwriters and various internal stakeholders

We are open to various working backgrounds for our highly diverse team, including experience in Insurance Broking, Underwriting or Claims and commercial insurance products.

- Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
