We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, detail-oriented **People & Culture Administrator** to join our team. As the P&C Administrator you are responsible for providing support to the People & Culture team across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
The role would suit someone who is keen to learn, a strong self-starter and great team player.
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Adviser the **People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for**:
- Recruitment - assisting with job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, liaising with hiring managers and agencies as required.
- Managing Onboarding & Exits - assist with onboarding and offboarding activities in the HRIS. Check documentation for compliance and liaise with managers and payroll as appropriate.
- Planning inductions and employee training via external facilitators and our internal LMS
- Providing administrative support with data entry, preparing letters & filing
- Assist with annual P&C activities; i.e. reward and Recognition programs, Employee Engagement Surveys & Actions Plans
- Any other duties as directed/required
**About you**:
- Completed or nearing completion of relevant tertiary education ideally in the HR field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain respect and confidentiality
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
- High degree of organisational skills, time management and task prioritisation
**_ Please note - This is a part-time 6-month fixed term contract (with the opportunity for extension) with 22.5 to 25 hours per week Monday to Friday._**
