Redpath Partners are working with client to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to on a property portfolio across Retail, industrial, residential and commercial sectors.

**The Role**
- This role will require you to be the primary representative in matters relating to operational functions across their commercial portfolio
- Your focus will be to deliver superior asset life cycle and performance outcomes
- You will be requires to develop and implement an effective strategy related to these goals
- Drive an review all contracted commercial property management services
- Ensure Capital Works programs meet portfolio and organizational objectives

To be suitable for this role you must have the following experience:

- Experience in a technical Facilities Manager role working across commercial assets
- Tertiary Education is preferred but not essential
- Trade backgrounds will also be considered favourably
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a MUST for this role
- If you are not confident in your ability to communicate with corporate and commercial individuals this role is not suitable.
