In South Australia this client side group sit across a Commercial property portfolio that includes some of Adelaide’s most prestigious and A grade high rise towers.

**The Role**:

We are seeking a Specialist, Property & Workplace professional, to support the South Australian Principal. This position will play a direct role in delivering services that enable an exceptional workplace experience and meet local business and employee requirements.

Reporting into the South Australian Principal, broad duties will include:

- Budget Management
- Work closely with key stakeholders to build and manage relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports.
- Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports the delivery of the annual field leadership safety calendar and requisite field leadership initiatives and activities, surrounding P&W’s scope.

**The Individual**:

- Experience in property management, delivery of minor operational works and operational administration
- Knowledge of building systems.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Facilities Management within a commercial or retail environment. Experience in property management, delivery of minor operational works and operational administration
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to requests.
- Action-oriented and outcome focused.
- Capable of concurrent problem solving and adaptability to changing work environments and workloads.
- Customer service focused.
