We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our team and manage a growing commercial and residential rentals portfolio with support from our excellent administrative and trust accounting team.

**Here’s a little bit about us.**

We’re Century 21 SouthCoast / City / NorthEast. An established, respected family-owned and operated real estate business with offices in Aldinga Beach, Adelaide CBD, and Northfield. We offer services in sales, property management, commercial real estate, and holiday rentals.

You’ll spend the most time with our friendly City team located in the tranquil South Eastern corner of the CBD, but you’ll still be in touch with the rest of the crew - getting together whenever possible including training sessions and our quarterly awards.

**Other Details to Note**:

- A current SA Property Management license and driver’s license is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Company car

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SA Property Management Licence (preferred)
- Driver's Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
