**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a professional and proactive Property and Facilities Administrator to be part of our Real Estate Management Services team. You will play an integral part in the updating of data with key property information for our Commercial and Industrial Property Management team.

You will bring with you a professional approach and use your excellent communication and organisational skills. This represents a rare and unique chance into a leading global real estate firm, with great exposure to a successful Real Estate Management Service team that can offer growth and development based in our close-knit, fun and enthusiastic**_ _**Adelaide office.

This is a 12 month parental leave contract with a view to permanency.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure all lease and other documentation fully executed and in place
- Following up on arrears
- Assist property managers in developing and maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered
- Liaise with tenants where requested by property managers regarding lease administration
- Assisting with Drafting Monthly Management Reports for clients
- Positively support the implementation of the business’ and the division’s strategic plans and marketing strategies

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional organisation skills, ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good financial literacy
- A strong customer service ethic
- An understanding of building services or desire to learn
- An ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documents
- A strong teamwork ethic
- An ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver a single outcome
