Growing Restaurant in St Kilda is looking for an experienced Full-Time Restaurant & bar supervisor to lead our growing team and help us shine even brighter

We are a local business with an outdoor dining and a great food & booze offer to match this idyllic location - epic sunsets right by Luna Park.

We're looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about the industry and is dedicated to delivering the best quality customer service.

Your duties would include, but are not limited to:

- Daily routines / operations
- Training & managing the front of house staff
- Communicating between front and back of house
- Tracking stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Overseeing service to ensure that it runs smoothly
