In partnership with Land and Housing Corporation, Ventia are seeking a **Maintenance Quality Inspector** to join our team in Southern Sydney. You will be responsible for inspecting completed maintenance works in line with Contract Maintenance Work requirements.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Perform regular inspections with our tenanted properties across Southeast Sydney in accordance with the audit schedule.
- Identify defective works and non-conforming work practices so that timely and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Contribute to the ongoing training of operations staff & subcontractors through participation in toolbox meetings, workshops and other related activities.

**About you**
- Relevant experience in building, construction site management or quality inspection.
- Ideally, you’ll have/had a trade qualification or relevant experience - not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Sound computer skills.
