- Position Description

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimise fleet availability through immediate defect response and long/short-term maintenance planning, while integrating with key operational areas.
- Lead a high-performing team of planners, coordinators, and systems officers—fostering collaboration, initiative, and asset management excellence.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (train control, crew, engineering, suppliers) to align operational impacts and maintenance schedules.
- Utilise asset management systems (particularly EAMS/SAP) to inform and support decision-making through lifecycle visibility and reporting.
- Develop and execute maintenance plans that align with safety, compliance, engineering upgrades, and infrastructure changes (e.g., road closures, OHLE
