**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Planner and Purchasing Officer - Trade Service Centres to join our team at Wetherill Park, reporting to the National GM, Trade Service Centres.

This position offers great flexibility and working from home options.

The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

- Forecasting and demand planning
- Inventory management
- Placing and expediting purchase orders
- Ensure all purchasing is sought at the most competitive price and delivered on time
- Manage the garment contract ensuring all Ausreo employees are correctly supplied, fitted and maintained.
- Communicate with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to quality of products and delivery to resolve day to day issues.
- Provide periodic reporting and insights to the leadership team
- Develop and drive new procedures

To Be Successful
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a sales or retail environment.
- Technical knowledge and skills in inventory control and/or warehousing.
- Proven experience in change management around process and systems improvement/implementation.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of quality awareness.
- Strong attention to detail
