**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Inventory and Purchasing Officer to join our team in Wetherill Park, reporting to the Operations Manager.

As a key member of the Production team, your responsibilities will be to manage the inventory control system, purchasing of all production related goods and building accessories, maintain product data and rectify miscalculations whilst supporting the Production team. Previous experience in Building industry or manufacturing exposure and after sales service experience would be considered desirable, but not essential.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Purchase Orders
- Scheduling incoming Shipments
- Co-Ordinating Vendor activities (AU and Offshore)
- Maintaining Purchase Records
- Managing and receiving Inventory
- ERP/MRP Administration
- Assist in various areas and work with the Production Manager and Production Supervisors to achieve desired outcomes
- Production related administration tasks
