Our client is a leading and innovative health and lifestyle retailer who has recently opened their first store in Australia. With over 50 locations in Asia they have set their sites on Australia as the next growth of their business. They are dedicated to promoting healthy living and offering a wide range of products and services to support their customers in achieving their wellness goals. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in the day-to-day operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and policies, ensuring they comply with current regulations.
- Help organize and execute training and development programs for employees.
- Oversee scheduling and payroll.
- Provide assistance with performance management processes.
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and concerns from employees with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Desired skills/experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience with HR coordination or administrative experience.
- Knowledge of Australian HR laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mandarin language skills are essential.
