With over 50 locations in Asia they have set their sites on Australia as the next growth of their business. They are dedicated to promoting healthy living and offering a wide range of products and services to support their customers in achieving their wellness goals. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in the day-to-day operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and policies, ensuring they comply with current regulations.
- Help organize and execute training and development programs for employees.
- Oversee scheduling and payroll.
- Provide assistance with performance management processes.
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and concerns from employees with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Desired skills/experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience with HR coordination or administrative experience.
- Knowledge of Australian HR laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mandarin language skills are essential.
