Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Location: Melbourne Docklands
Salary Level: $78,904 to $86,796 plus super and great benefits

Our Student Services team operates in a fast paced team environment but within well established processes and routines. We pride ourselves on providing optimum service and solutions to the Monash College student group.
**About your next role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator to join our established Student Engagement team. This role will play a vital role in delivering activities and events to assist students in adjusting to living and studying in Australia.
Working closely with the broader Student Services team, you will play a role in delivering support programs to Monash College students to enhance their successful transition into post-secondary school learning and pre-University study.
This role will suit someone who is passionate, has strong attention to detail and proven problem solving skills

**Your background and experience**:
- Event or activity management, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Proven problem solving and conflict negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Experience dealing sensitively with confidential and complex student matters
